I spent many an hour in college pissed-off, reading the ego-theory of freud. I believe that this book is my ultimate 'stuff it' 'eat it' 'F you' to Freud. But also a weird tribute to the man.<br /><br />Anyway! This book is in the vein of 'the edge'. I call it both a found book and a graphical. All of the lithographs/engravings in 'i ams' come from a magazine called, 'Popular Monthly', that was printed around the same time as 'on dreams', somewhere at the turn of the 19th century. The images were placed directly on top of the pages of 'on dreams' with words cut out so that freud's book<br />Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4124768748495637356.post-35770937500512538912009-06-15T20:29:00.000-04:002011-02-17T14:20:49.107-05:00The Central Park Peacock<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3czUlIftJRTAO2E0TNcuL4OD4keKerfoRRmSUNOfG0UGV0ukAFUhMxpq79CfqOmjisdHwceJSw1Qy-cyoQCctHykph4zydtoTvbId7r3Wm1c9IkJ_NMffNhqIcmPlpy7FoIXBgAamrxFh/s1600-h/15.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 273px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3czUlIftJRTAO2E0TNcuL4OD4keKerfoRRmSUNOfG0UGV0ukAFUhMxpq79CfqOmjisdHwceJSw1Qy-cyoQCctHykph4zydtoTvbId7r3Wm1c9IkJ_NMffNhqIcmPlpy7FoIXBgAamrxFh/s400/15.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5347717644059916162" border="0" /></a><br /><br />There really was a coyote in New York City and there really was a peacock.
