This is a story I was told while doing relief work in New Orleans' Lower 9th Ward after Katrina and the violent governmental response, in a house with Peeling Pink wallpaper. It's about a connection that happens during a horrific moment. My buddy and smiler extraordinaire, Andy Mason illustrated this, comic/graphic novel style.
